Village-Level ESF Training Strengthens Community Capacity
Between 19–27 October 2025, the CLEAR Project delivered village-level Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) training in selected village clusters in Nonghed District and Xone District. This was followed by additional sessions from 13–24 November 2025 in Samouy District, Kaleuam District, and Xepon District.
The trainings were organized by District ES Officers using a cluster approach, bringing together 2–5 village teams per location to ensure broad and inclusive participation. With technical support from the central ES team, the sessions strengthened communities’ ability to manage environmental and social risks and apply World Bank ESF tools—including ESCOP, SS-ESMP, and the GRM—in community-led activities.
