To promote the production of a variety of vegetables throughout the year that are easy to grow, rich in nutrients and resistant to weather conditions, which can be used in the cooking of community nutrition groups. Under the nutrition activities of the CLEAR project has provided shade house to community nutrition groups in the target villages of the project. It is estimated that each community nutrition group will have one shelter, accessible to all members. The produce from the shelters will contribute to the cooking of the community nutrition groups.
By 2025, complete the construction of 50 shade houses in 50 villages and hand over to the community nutrition groups in the villages to carry out the crop cultivation as recommended by the project.
Community nutrition group members plan to plant crops in the shade houses to ensure a supply of vegetables for cooking during group meetings or to sell to raise money to support the group meetings each month.
