Challenges and Lesson Learned Challenges 1.Target villages locates mostly in mountainous and remote areas and difficult assessable. 2.Language barrier for communication with communities is remaining. 3.SHG leaders and VSMC has insufficiency capacities in managing and monitoring. 4.Seed grant value per SHG member may not sufficiency for livelihood activity, especially in village type 1. Delivery of seed grant to SHG for livelihood activity implementation Seed grant has disbursed to 53 SHGs of 14 villages in 3 provinces
Family investment planning and seed grant disbursement plan DLO and LYGs facilitated and supported SHGs to develop their FIP. There are 853 SHGs (11,959 SHG members) submitted their FIP for seed grant application.
SHG development and management ØThere are 855 SHGs established, 11,993 members, 93% are femalesØ SHG management has 2,541 members, 77% are femalesØ 232 VSMC established with 1,547 member, 73% are femalesØ 232 village facilitators, 37% are females
